Pre-Legal Collections
This service entails a series of increasingly urgent reminders (SMS, Letters, Emails, Outbound Call Campaigns) instructing debtors to pay the amount owed to avoid a risk of Legal Collection and a negative credit record. This service is further enhanced through the application of data services during the Pre-Legal collection cycle. These services would include:
Legal Collections
Once all our normal collection strategies have been exhausted during the Pre-Legal collection cycle, it may be time to engage in more extreme collection campaigns to ensure results. This involves the collection of an outstanding debt on behalf of the credit provider, including legal costs, which by law is capped to certain amounts. The outstanding debt plus lawful interest, admin costs and collection fees are collected from the debtor. This service is provided through our skilled, in house attorney.
Asset Recovery
This service is enabled through our network of field collectors. The rendering of this service is guided through the National Credit Act and compliance is imperative. The current service includes Vehicle and Household Goods Recovery, but can be extended further. We are registered at the Debt Collection Council and ADRA to ensure compliance at all times.
